We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of design and build projects across Berkshire and the surrounding areas, working closely with Kevin and our clients throughout.
Full-Time
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of our design and build projects from the point the design is signed off through to handover, coordinating every trade, managing the schedule and keeping clients informed at every stage. You will work closely with Kevin and the wider team, making sure what was designed and agreed is exactly what gets built.
Morning: Site Check-In
Most days start with a walk around one of our live sites, checking progress against the schedule and talking through anything that needs attention with the trades on site that day, before moving on to the next project on the list.
Midday: Client Updates
Midday is often spent updating clients on progress, whether that is a quick call, an email or a visit to walk them through where things stand and what happens next, keeping everyone informed without any surprises along the way.
Afternoon: Coordinating Trades
Afternoons are usually about coordination: confirming deliveries, scheduling the next trade in and solving the small problems that come up on every build before they become bigger ones, so the schedule stays on track and nobody is left waiting.
As Project Manager, you will oversee live design and build projects across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire, from extensions and full renovations through to kitchen, bathroom and bedroom installations. Every site follows the same process: a signed-off design, a fixed-price proposal and a clear schedule, so what you are managing on site is always exactly what was agreed with the client before work began.
