From the first conversation to the final handover, every project follows the same six-stage process. It is designed to remove uncertainty, keep you informed and make sure what you approve is always what gets built.
We visit your home, listen to your brief and give you an honest view of what is achievable. There is no obligation and no sales pitch, just a straightforward conversation about your project and what it could look like.
We assess layout possibilities, planning requirements and structural considerations for your project. Ideas become a clear, properly costed plan, giving you a solid, realistic foundation before any design work begins.
Our in-house team produces complete 2D plans and full 3D renders of your project. You see every room and every detail before anything is agreed.
Once the design is signed off, we produce a detailed fixed-price proposal covering every element of the build. The figure agreed at this stage does not change.
We coordinate every trade, every material and every stage of the build under one contract. Kevin is your single point of contact throughout.
On completion, we walk through every detail with you against the agreed design, room by room. Your project is handed back with a 12-month workmanship warranty.

Both. You can use us for domestic build only, such as an extension or renovation, or for the full service covering design, supply and installation of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and every other element of your project.
Once your design is signed off, we produce a detailed fixed price proposal covering every element of the build. That figure is agreed before work starts and does not change, which is also why 22% of build projects end in dispute and ours don't. Everyone signs off on the same design and the same number before work begins, so the project finishes on time and within budget.
If you already have architectural plans, we price and design your interiors as part of the project with no design fee. If you are starting from scratch, a design fee applies, but it comes off your final bill if you go ahead with us.
We carry appropriate insurance cover across every project. Our work is also backed by a 12-month workmanship warranty.
